Australian Football League Live Adelaide Crows vs West Coast Eagles Stream AFL 2015 Seasons Week 22 math will be kick off at Adelaide Oval, Adelaide, South Australia, Australia, Sunday 30 August 2015 online, 13.10 pm (AEDT) and its broadcast on Channel Seven, Foxtell.
After Geelong’s loss on Friday night, the Crows are now locked into a finals berth. The Eagles only need a win to lock them in for a top two spot too.
Jake Lever comes into the Crows side for Sam Shaw. They are without two from their best 22 (Matthew Jaensch and Brad Crouch). For the Eagles, Jeremy McGovern and Tom Barrass come in for Sharrod Wellingham and Tom Barrass. They are without as many as six of their best 22.
The Crows have won three in a row by an average of 78-points to sit in eighth spot on the ladder. They are still a mathematical chance of finishing in fourth spot but would need a lot of luck. They’re 2-5 (3-4 against the line) vs top eight teams this season. The Eagles are second on the ladder with 15 wins, four losses and a draw and have comfortably beaten Freo and the Bulldogs in the past fortnight. West Coast is 6-3 both head to head and against the line vs teams in the eight this season.
Adelaide and West Coast have played 41 times with the Eagles leading 23-18. The Eagles have won five out of the last seven games. The Eagles are 5-3 both head-to-head and at the line vs Adelaide since 2010. The Crows are 13-9 (13-9 against the line) at the Adelaide Oval. The Eagles are 10-8-1 (11-8 against the line) when playing away from Perth in 2014-15 having won their only two games at the Adelaide Oval. Adelaide is 5-2 both head to head and against the line under Scott Camporeale. Three of the past five games have totalled over 194-points.
Having welcomed back two key defenders, the Eagles should get the job done against the Crows. Tom Barrass and Jeremy McGovern are needed to take on the bulk of Taylor Walker and Josh Jenkins but their team defence has nullfield most opponents this year. They have a great record against the Crows and have travelled well this year. Their midfield is absolutely humming at the moment with Matt Priddis, Dom Sheed, Matt Rosa and Mark Hutchings’ ball winning ability being coupled with the outside run of Luke Shuey, Andrew Gaff, Brad Sheppard. Josh Kennedy is in the form of his life and has enough tricks to beat star defender Daniel Talia too. Happy to ride the Eagles train for another win!
