Australian Football League Live North Melbourne Kangaroos vs St Kilda Saints Stream AFL 2015 Seasons Week 20 math will be kick off at Blundstone Arena, Hobart, Tasmania, Australia, Saturday 15 August 2015 online, 14.10 pm (AEDT) and its broadcast on Channel Seven, Foxtell.
The North Melbourne Kangaroos look to continue their march towards September with a top four berth not out of the question.
For North, Ben Brown will have to pass a fitness test on his calf whilst Michael Firrito is ready to come back in. They have plenty to choose from in the VFL too with Majak Daw, Mason Wood and Trent Dumont all impressing. They are likely to be without just two members of their best 22. For the Saints, expect Jack Lonie, Daniel McKenzie and Luke Dunstan to miss with Shane Savage, Jimmy Webster and Jack Billings also on the sidelines.
The Roos have won five in a row by an average of 47-points to get up to sixth spot on the ladder just a game and some percentage out of fourth. They rank third in scoring but 11th in points conceded this season. They are 9-2 (7-4 against the line) vs bottom ten teams this year. The Saints are 13th on the ladder with six wins and 12 losses though they’ve lost four of their past five games. They rank 13th in scoring and 14th in points conceded this season though have scored just 108-points in the past two weeks.
North and St Kilda have played 152 times with the Saints leading 76-73 with two draws. North has won their past three games by 68, 33 and 59 points respectively but before that St Kilda had won four on the trot. The Kangaroos are 6-2 head to head (5-3 against the line) in Hobart. St Kilda is only 3-16 (7-12 against the line) outside of Melbourne since the start of 2013 and lost their only game in Hobart (against North) by 59-points last year. Three of their last four games have totalled over 197-points. The last time North won six in a row was the semi-final against Geelong last year. Teams favoured by 30-points or more are 30-6 (16-20 against the line) this year. Shaun Higgins is averaging 31 disposals per game in the last two weeks.
After an impressive start to the year, the wheels have started to fall off the Saints in the last two weeks and North Melbourne should capitalise in this one. As The Wolf has repeated a lot recently, the Roos love an easy kill and that has been backed up by big wins over GWS (55-points), Geelong (41), Brisbane (72), Carlton (64) and Melbourne (35) in the last two months. With Lindsay Thomas back in the fold, the Roos have multiple options up forward whilst their midfield is far too good for St Kilda. Expect North to keep the Saints to a very low score in this blow-out.
