Australian Football League (AFL) Live Adelaide Crows vs North Melbourne Kangaroos match will be kick off at Adelaide Oval, Adelaide, Saturday 14 june 2014 online, 19:40 AEDT and its broadcast on Fox Footy.
The Crows could be in the market for a few changes after their poor loss to Fremantle last weekend. This could see the brothers-Crouch, Brad and Matt, recalled after great outings in the SANFL. Brent Reilly could return for his 200th AFL game. Brad Scott has flagged that Majak Daw will go back to the VFL with Robbie Tarrant looming as his replacement. Nathan Grima is close to returning from injury whilst Lindsay Thomas should be right after missing last week a sore hammy.
The Crows have alternated wins and losses since round 6 so after going down to Freo the trend says they will bounce back with a win this week. Sitting in 10th, two games outside of the eight this is a critical game in terms of finals. North have won two in a row to get up to seventh on the ladder. They have a relatively easy run ahead and will be looking to make a top-four push.
The Crows and the Kangaroos met twice last year for two entertaining games. Adelaide prevailed on both occasions, in round 20 by 9-points. Rory Sloane was everywhere that day with 28 disposals, 10 marks, eight tackles and two goals. Whilst Daniel Wells (who will miss this game) starred for the Kangaroos. The final quarter was the difference – a tight tussle the Crows held on for a gritty win.
