Australian Football West Coast Eagles vs Geelong Cats Live Stream Free 2017 Round 13 Online

Australian Football League Live West Coast Eagles vs Geelong Cats Stream Free, AFL 2017 Seasons Week 13. West Coast Eagles vs Geelong Cats match will be kickoff at Domain Stadium, Subiaco, Western Australia, Australia, Thursday 15 June 2017 online, 20:10 pm (AEDT) and its broadcast on Channel Seven, Foxtell.

AFL Football Live Stream

Round 13 of the AFL home and away season gets underway when the West Coast Eagles take on the Geelong Cats at Domain Stadium.

The Thursday night encounter gets underway at 8.10pm (AEST) or 6.10pm (local) and the action can be seen on Channel 7 and Fox Footy. AFL Live Vision is also available to ALL CrownBet members. Every Match, wherever you are.

The two sides have had a contrasting time of it in the last month. West Coast have lost their past three games, slumping to 9th spot on the ladder, while Geelong have been victorious in that time period and have jumped to 3rd spot.

The Cats had the luxury of playing three games in a row at their home ground of Simonds Stadium, winning all three in front of their home fans those in impressive fashion.

Their most recent victory came by 22 points over Adelaide and it was a similar story with Patrick Dangerfield and Joel Selwood leading the way. The dynamic duo combined for 56 disposals and both sit among the leading fancies for the Brownlow Medal.

West Coast come off another disappointing effort on the road, losing by three points to the Gold Coast Suns, but they head back to their home ground of Domain Stadium, where they have won four from five this year.

Geelong have had the benefit of travelling to the venue once already this season, for a win in Round 1 over Fremantle and will back themselves.

Key players for Chris Scott’s side are the obvious; Dangerfield and Selwood. Both have featured amongst the best in the majority of the games this year and another big performance from the two will just about see them over the line.

Others to look for include the former Eagle, Scott Selwood, who will likely play a negating role, while Lachie Henderson and Zac Smith also have important jobs. Smith can take advantage in the ruck against an Eagles outfit that are badly missing Nic Naitanui.

Geelong should have an advantage at winning the contested possession. They rank 4th in this area, while the Eagles are 16th. The Cats are also the superior clearance side, ranking 7th compared to 15th.

The game is a huge one for the Eagles given their recent form and in the absence of Kennedy they will need big contributions from some of their forwards, including Jack Darling, who has booted 19 goals this season.

Matt Priddis, Sam Mitchell and Andrew Gaff take on the likes of Dangerfield and Selwood in the middle, while Jeremy McGovern shapes as a key in the backline.

A win for the home side will likely see them back inside the top eight at the end of the round, but if they go down there will be some massive questions being asked about their credentials.

AFL Football Geelong Cats vs Western Bulldogs Live Streaming Free 2017 Friday Round 09

Australian Football League Live Geelong Cats vs Western Bulldogs Stream Free, AFL 2017 Seasons Week 09. Geelong Cats vs Western Bulldogs match will be kickoff at Simonds Stadium. South Geelong, Victoria, Australia, Friday 19 May 2017 online, 19:50 pm (AEDT) and its broadcast on Channel Seven, Foxtell.

One of the key games in AFL Round 8 will be on Friday night, May 19, when the Geelong Cats host the Western Bulldogs at Simonds Stadium.

Both sides have won five of their eight games this season and a victory is vital for their respective finals chances.

First bounce is at 7.50PM and the game will be broadcast on Channel 7 and Fox Footy. AFL Live Vision is also available to ALL CrownBet members. Every Match, wherever you are.

Geelong will be looking to bounce back after losing to Essendon by 17 points last weekend, their third loss on the trot.

The Cats were criticized for their lack of pressure in the defeat and recorded just 40 tackles, in a performance that was described as being ‘bruise free’.

The Western Bulldogs woes in front of goal continued last weekend in their loss to the Eagles, with the premiers putting on another inaccurate display in front of the big sticks before going down by eight points. Both sides have some work to do as we look ahead to Friday night.

Little separates them in the head to head betting with the Western Bulldogs just shading Geelong, but the Cats enjoy the home ground advantage and have a great record over their rivals from further up the Princes Highway.

Patrick Dangerfield and Joel Selwood are two players the Western Bulldogs will look to contain and, as always, the form of that pair will be pivotal to the chances of the home side.

The Doggies will look to play a quick and uncontested brand of football and if the Cats don’t apply the pressure like last week, the premiers will be hard to beat.

However, Luke Beveridge’s side will need more out of his forward line as they have averaged less than 10 goals in the past three weeks.

Last week, Jack Redpath booted three goals, but had little support. Marcus Adams booted 1.4 and was the worst offender in terms of the waywardness in front of goal. Beveridge may consider playing Marcus Bontempelli to bob up and spend time inside the forward 50 in order to apply scoreboard pressure.

Essendon Bombers and Geelong Cats clash in the Country clash at the MCG on Saturday night with both sides desperate to get back to winning ways.

First bounce is at 7:25PM AEST on Saturday night at the MCG and the action can be seen on Fox Footy. AFL Live Vision is also available to ALL CrownBet members. Every Match, wherever you are.

Essendon were very competitive against Fremantle in Perth last week. They rested a few key players and were the better side for three quarters before falling away in the final term.

Geelong travelled to the Gold Coast and were outplayed by the Suns. The Cats have been under the microscope during the week for their lack of effort when they don’t have the footy. They will be keen to rectify that this week.

This match is the second edition of the “Country Clash”, a game that recognises the farming communities around our wide land, and both clubs are hoping to build it into a great tradition.

Geelong certainly have the wood over Essendon in recent years and the Bombers will be hard pressed to turn that around in this one.

The Bombers really struggle to get the ball inside their fifty metre zone but do look dangerous when they go in. Joe Daniher continues to develop each week and could be the next Buddy Franklin. They have a great crop of young midfielders too with the likes of Parish, Merrett and Heppell.

Apart from some stellar performances from the likes of Joel Selwood and Patrick Dangerfield the Cats have looked ordinary at times this season and have lost their past two matches.

Geelong do look to lack depth outside of these guys but should be able to get away with that against the struggling Bombers.

Geelong suffered their first loss of 2017 last week at the hands of the struggling Collingwood Magpies.

Gold Coast, on the other hand, went down to North Melbourne who had not won a game yet this year.

Geelong had too many stars have a bad day last week and this cost them dearly. It’s hard to imagine that they will play that poorly for a second week in a row.

Gold Coast have been undermanned in defence and Ben Brown took advantage of that last week booting six goals for North Melbourne. Gold Coast do welcome back co-captain Steven May to provide some height and experience down back.

Geelong are definitely a side that will play finals, but they showed us last week that they too can lack consistency and up at Metricon Stadium they will be vulnerable.

Under pressure Collingwood face a tough task when they come up against the unbeaten Geelong Cats at the MCG on Sunday afternoon.

You have to take your hat off to everyone involved at the Geelong footy club over the past decade. This club continues to be a major force and is well and truly in the premiership race again.

Through a combination of great recruiting, trading and a great team culture they have remained one of the most consistent top teams and 2017 looks like another year of success.

Collingwood are the polar opposite. They haven’t traded well over the years and their draft picks have not been as successful. One only needs to read an article by the recently retired champion Dane Swan to understand that the commitment and desire around Collingwood isn’t in the same ball park as a club like Geelong.

All of this and a 1-4 start to the year has put the microscope back on coach Nathan Buckley. He will do well to see the season out if this continues.

Geelong’s midfield is so well lead. Patrick Dangerfield and Joel Selwood are two absolute guns and although the midfield falls away a touch in quality after them they give Geelong a big advantage over most other clubs.

Tom Hawkins is always dangerous up forward and is well complimented by the likes of Daniel Menzel and the dangerous goal scoring Steven Motlop. Mitch Duncan and Zach Tuohy are in great form also and supply plenty of run for the Cats.

Collingwood have a lot of issues to address if they are to be competitive against the Cats and go on to challenge for a finals berth. They come off a short rest in this match having played on ANZAC Day just five days earlier.

Although they have been pretty competitive in their games this season Collingwood’s major problem has been their inability to finish off in front of goals. Bad kicking is bad football and when you are a middle of the pack side like Collingwood not finishing really hurts you.

Adam Treloar was great against Essendon last week but had little support. Scott Pendlebury looks like he is carrying an injury and the rest of the midfield have struggled for form. Daniel Wells will help out as he gains fitness and may be the missing link in Collingwood finding some polish.

St Kilda midfielder David Armitage may require surgery on his groin after complaining of soreness following last weekend’s win over Collingwood.

Armitage, one of the Saints’ prime movers, will have scans next week and faces an extended spell on the sidelines if surgery is needed.

He will not play in Sunday’s clash against Geelong at Etihad Stadium.

Coach Alan Richardson said on Friday the 152-game veteran was struggling to get himself right.

“He’s still pulling up really sore after games. It looks like he’ll probably miss a bit of footy,” he said.

“We don’t really know the extent of it until he has those scans, which my understanding will be about the middle of the week and then we’ll have more information then.

“It looks like he’s going to have to have, possibly, some corrective surgery but, if not, an extended rest, to make sure we get it right. We’ll know a bit more later in the week.”

Armitage had missed two matches because of the groin problem before returning against the Magpies. Richardson defended the decision to play him.

“He still did some reasonably good stuff for us. He was spent late,” he said.

“It was one of those injuries where it wasn’t going to get any worse but, hopefully, you can pull up better. That wasn’t the case. He’s a sore boy, so he’ll need to have a spell.”

While Armitage is out, the Saints are buoyed by the return of Jack Steven, who has missed the past two matches because of the punctured lung he suffered against West Coast in round two.

Steven’s run and carry will be needed against a Geelong midfield which tormented the Hawks on Easter Monday.

“It’s brilliant to have Jack back in the team. He gives us energy. He is a very dynamic midfielder with his combination of his inside work and his outside work,” Richardson said.

“We all know and respect the talent of Geelong’s midfield but it’s the depth of their midfield coming through, which is strong as (Joel) Selwood and (Patrick) Dangerfield.”

Having added to the Magpies’ poor start to the year, the Saints (2-2) have an opportunity to show they are a legitimate top-eight contender against the unbeaten Cats. The last time the clubs met was in round 14 last year when the Saints, led by Seb Ross’ 33 touches, hung on to win by three points.

Richardson said improving the Saints’ work at clearances “had been a bit of a focus” this week, while having only 24 shots at goal from 66 inside-50 entries against the Pies was not good enough.

“That’s frustrating but, in many ways, that’s positive because … we were able to get the entries,” he said.

Forward Paddy McCartin, the former No.1 pick, remains in the VFL but Richardson insists he will “an outstanding player for us” given time to develop.

After producing one of their worst performances in recent memory last weekend, the task at hand does not get any easier for the Hawthorn Hawks when they take on their modern day rivals, the Geelong Cats, in Round 4 of the AFL season.

The Easter Monday clash gets underway at 3.20PM at the home of football, the MCG, and should be another classic between the two sides.

All the action can be seen on Channel 7 and Fox Footy, while AFL Live Vision is also available to ALL CrownBet members. Every Match, wherever you are.

The two sides sit at opposite ends of the ladder. Hawthorn is winless and in 18th spot after three rounds, while Geelong has won three from three and sit in 3rd position, just behind Adelaide and Richmond.

The Cats come off a 29 point win over Melbourne and after trailing at three quarter time it was the cream that came to the fore, with both Patrick Dangerfield and Joel Selwood dominating in the last term to get their side home.

Hawthorn will be mindful of those two matchwinners but the Cats also have a number of other players that will give their old foes a headache. Tom Hawkins comes off a five-goal performance, while Daniel Menzel has been in sublime form in 2017.

That combination should have a big day up forward unless the Hawks can solve their defensive woes that have seen them concede 120 points per game this year.

Hawthorn simply need to get their hands on the football a lot more and move the ball faster in order to give their forwards a chance.

They are ranked 16th in the competition for contested possessions and 17th for clearances, which is a worrying sign given the club’s efforts to secure Tom Mitchell and Jaegar O’Meara in the off-season.

Mitchell has been great so far for his new club, while O’Meara has been serviceable. However, it is the Hawks host of premiership stars such as Isaac Smith, Will Langford and Cyril Rioli that will need to step up against the Cats

Australian Football League Live Geelong Cats vs Melbourne Demons Stream AFL 2017 Seasons Week 03 match will be kickoff at Etihad Stadium, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, Saturday 08 April 2017 online, 16.35 pm (AEDT) and its broadcast on Channel Seven, Foxtell.

AFL Footy Free Online

One of the big games of AFL Round 3 will be when two of the undefeated sides of the competition, the Geelong Cats and the Melbourne Demons, go at it at Etihad Stadium.

After escaping with a one-point win at the venue last weekend, the Cats have been installed as favourites for the encounter that gets underway at 4.35PM.

Fox Footy will broadcast the game live, while AFL Live Vision is also available to ALL CrownBet members. Every Match, wherever you are.

Despite both sides winning their two games to date, Geelong head in as firm favourites. The Cats finished 3rd last year, while Melbourne failed to make the finals, finishing in 11th position.

Last year’s Brownlow Medalist, Patrick Dangerfield, continues to dominate for the blue and white hoops, as does his partner in crime, Joel Selwood. That pair have ben instrumental in the wins so far against Fremantle and North Melbourne. Dangerfield looms as a likely match winner.

Melbourne’s improvement over the three years of Paul Roos’ tenure has extended to 2017 under new coach Simon Goodwin. The Demons won their Round 1 clash against St Kilda by 30 points and knocked over Carlton by 23 last weekend.

They lead the competition for total disposals and unlike Geelong, don’t overly rely on a couple of players. If Goodwin can find a way to shut Dangerfield and Selwood out of the game, his side is in with a great chance, but therein lays the challenge.

The Demons will look to control the game with uncontested possessions and rank 1st in this area compared to Geelong, who are 12th. Melbourne should also have an advantage in the ruck and are ranked 5th for hitouts, while Geelong are last in this measure.

The Cats will also need to get off to a better start this time around. They were slow out of the blocks against North Melbourne and can ill afford any lapses on Saturday.

North Melbourne ruckman Todd Goldstein is in doubt for Sunday’s clash against Geelong because of an ankle issue.

Goldstein was seen leaving Kangaroos training on Friday on crutches, having hurt himself at training.

The Roos made four changes to the side beaten by the West Coast Eagles, although one was through injury with Jarrad Waite (shoulder) sidelined for up to six weeks.

Goldstein’s absence at Etihad Stadium would be a major blow for he remains arguably the league’s best ruckman.

The Roos had dropped debutant Braydon Preuss but he was listed as first emergency, and would be a likely inclusion should Goldstein be a late withdrawal.

High-leaping forward Majak Daw was among the inclusions and he would share the ruck duties.

Hard-nut Ben Cunnington is a key inclusion, and his toughness will aid the Roos in their midfield battle against a Cats unit led by Patrick Dangerfield and Joel Selwood.

Dangerfield was superb against the Roos in round 12 last year, collecting 48 disposals and booting two goals.

Coach Brad Scott said the Roos would have three different plans in a bid to counter the Brownlow medallist.

“He was unbelievable [last year]. We lost a few guys in the second half in that game and then he really got off the leash,” he said.

“I think Dal [Nick Dal Santo] and Andrew Swallow were out there but were injured. It’s hard enough to go with Dangerfield when you’re fully fit, let alone when you’re hobbling around. We’ll have probably three distinct plans for him and try and counter him.

“But people have tried lots of things against him in the past and he’s a Brownlow medallist for a reason and probably favourite to do it again.”

AFL Fremantle Dockers vs Geelong Cats Live Streaming 2017 Sunday 26 March Week 01

AFL Live Fremantle Dockers vs Geelong Cats Stream AFL 2017 Seasons Round 01 match will be kick off at Domain Stadium, Subiaco, Western Australia, Australia, Sunday 26 March 2017 online, 19: 40 pm (AEDT) and its broadcast on Channel Seven, Foxtell.

Fremantle Dockers and Geelong Cats will close the opening round out when they clash on Sunday afternoon in a highly anticipated match at Domain Stadium.

The Fremantle will voyage into a new era after last season’s disastrous four-win campaign and are expected to be much more competitive in 2017, but will they make a winning start against the Cats?

First bounce is at 4:40PM AWS Sunday afternoon (7.40pm AEST) and the action can be seen on Fox Footy. AFL Live Vision is also available to ALL CrownBet members. Every Match, wherever you are.

There will be new faces for Fremantle after last season saw club great Matthew Pavlich retire, but the Dockers have been active in the off-season recruiting Cam McCarthy from GWS Giants and former Geelong Cats star Shane Kersten to bolster their forward line. The Dockers also added premiership players Joel Hamling (Western Bulldogs) and Bradley Hill (Hawthorn).

Fremantle will also welcome back superstar Brownlow Medallist and for the first time as captain as Nathan Fyfe returns to action this year.

Fyfe returns from a broken leg that cut his season short last year and will lead the Purple Haze out as captain for the first time. The Purple army will also be happy to see star ruckman Aaron Sandilands raring to go for Round 1 after last season seeing the four-time All-Australian play just five games all year.

The Geelong Cats have faced a summer of questions about their reliance on midfield duo Patrick Dangerfield and captain Joel Selwood after their humiliating preliminary final defeat to Sydney Swans last year.

Geelong lost retired champions Corey Enright and Jimmy Bartel, while also saw Josh Caddy leave in a trade to Richmond Tigers. But the Cats added the classy Irishman Zach Tuohy from the Carlton Blues.

The big question is how will Chris Scott’s men bounce back from last season’s preliminary final defeat and the reliance on Dangerfield and Selwood will become one of this season’s most intriguing stroylines.

Another intriguing factor for this game will be two of AFL’s best players and Brownlow Medallists Dangerfield and Fyfe going one on one and renewing their rivalry this Sunday.
